With over 25 years of experience, Julie began her hospitality career in 1999 as Director of Marketing Australasia for global trailblazers, Design Hotels, where she shaped immersive guest experiences for boutique and independent hotels worldwide. Her sharp instinct for brand identity, market positioning, and boutique hospitality quickly made her a sought-after expert in creating brand identity, and competitive positioning.

Multi-talented, Julie has combined her early career as a registered nurse with her hospitality expertise to redefine senior living design. By challenging conventions and pushing creative boundaries, she has transformed how spaces can enhance the lives of our ageing population. Her early work with global trailblazers at Design Hotels sharpened her instinct for crafting spaces that are not only visually striking but deeply connected to human experience.
